I've seen better, but worse too

The beautiful views and free kayaks were highlights of my stay!

The room was overpriced and had a malfunctioning jacuzzi. The lack of resolution from management left much to be desired.

The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options that were consistently fresh. The location provided fine lake views was nice as I enjoyed my coffee while watching the sun rise. I also appreciated the complimentary use of paddle boards and kayaks. The beautiful garden views throughout the hotel were excellent and enhanced the overall atmosphere.

Though the hotel was lovely, navigation could be improved.

location just next door to the shore, other areas and the lake. the rooms with a nice decor. pleasant staff, top-notchservices, including a huge variety of reasonably priced delicacies.

The lush gardens and serene lagoon views were amazing, complemented by the comfortable hammocks and deck chairs. The layout was easily accessible for seniors. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Spacious bungalow, beautiful terrace, with a fantastic view of the lake and easy access to the water made our stay good, especially as we traveled with our 1-year-old baby and appreciated the helpful staff who warmed up baby food for us.

Lovely lagoon views and free kayak rentals. Food lacked variety, especially for vegetarians. Staff seemed overwhelmed at times. Nice pool area but could use better maintenance.

I stayed in a bungalow for 3 nights. The private dock was fantastic for easy lagoon access. Kayaks and paddleboards were available for free. The staff was friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast was included and really delicious 🌅

I was really disappointed by the lack of privacy in our cabana. The constant noise from the highway ruined any chance of relaxation. The restaurant's food quality was far below expectations, and the service was inconsistent.

The room had great amenities like a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a safe, and the location by the lagoon was fantastic, close to the restaurant and a beautiful natural park area.
